Apprenticeship

We offer entrants to the world of work interesting prospects in a medium-sized, owner-managed mechanical engineering company. Many employees who have been with the company for years stand for competence and the security of their own jobs. The fact that as good as all apprentices are kept on in a permanent position once they have passed their final exams is a good indication that there are realistic chances of being able to develop your prospects even further.

  • Fitter (m/f)

    Fitter (m/f)

    Your tasks:

    • Assembly of components in the factory
    • Installation of complete facilities at the customers’ premises
    • Putting into service of our machinery and customer briefing
    • Fitting work both in Germany and abroad
    • Quality supervision and optimisation of existing fitting work

    Your profile:

    • Professional training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer or similar
    • Fitting experience
    • Independent, structured and safe way of working
    • Friendly, open manner
    • High willingness to travel (worldwide)
    • English language skills necessary

  • Machining mechanic (m/f)

    Machining mechanic (m/f)

    Your tasks:

    • Main emphasis on lathing, CNC lathing an advantage, as is milling and the generation of CNC programs
    • The operation and supervision of manufacturing machines
    • Independent manufacture of individual parts and series production parts
    • Programming of the machine control (Heidenhain control)
    • Quality control of the in-house production parts

    Your profile:

    • You have a qualification in the field of metalworking / mechanical engineering or are in possession of a comparable technical qualification
    • Responsible and precise manufacturing as well as independent quality control of the metal parts
    • You are highly flexible, have an independent, responsible way of working and are capable of working as part of a team
    • You are willing to put in overtime / to work flexible working hours (two-shift operation – early/late -and weekend work)

    Programmer (m/f)

    Your tasks:

    • The development of machine software
    • Putting into service of the systems
    • Remote maintenance/service

    Your profile:

    • Completed training as a technician or engineer
    • Sound knowledge of Simatic S7, Simatic WIN CC and TIA Portal
    • English language skills are necessary
    • Willingness to travel (worldwide)

    Your tasks:

    • Independent manufacture of control machinery in accordance with manufacturing documentation
    • Assembly of systems both in-house and at the customers’ premises
    • Putting into service of systems
    • Troubleshooting on industrial, technical machinery
    • Compliance with quality standards

    Your profile:

    • Completed training as an electrician for industrial engineering or industrial electrician or electric systems technician or mechatronics engineer
    • Basic knowledge in dealing with field bus systems such as AS-Interface, PROFIBUS, PROFINET
    • Basic knowledge of Siemens S7, WIN CC and TIA Portal is an advantage
    • English language skills are also an advantage
    • Willingness to travel (worldwide)

    Designer, technician or Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical engineering (m/f)

    Your tasks:

    • Project management following successful training-in
    • Design of special machines, pile turners and transport and conveying systems
    • Development and draft of innovations
    • Compilation of technical drawings and parts lists

    Your profile:

    • You have passed your training as a technician for mechanical tools or mechanical engineer or are in possession of a comparable qualification
    • You have solid knowledge of AutoCAD Mechanical and Inventor and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
    • Professional experience is desired
    • You are highly flexible, have an independent, responsible way of working and are capable of working as part of a team
    • English language skills are an advantage
    • You are willing to put in overtime

  • Warehouse employee (m/f)

    Warehouse employee (m/f)

    Your tasks:

    • Supervision of the incoming goods, outgoing goods and inventory
    • Picking of the inventory via an ERP system as well as the just-in-time provision of the goods / spare parts
    • Independent performance of inventories and various controlling activities
    •  
    • Contact for the fitters and the mechanics on site
    • Compliance with the QM guidelines and safety regulations

    Your profile:

    • You have passed your training as skilled worker for warehouse logistics (m/f), as warehouse operator (m/f) or are in possession of a comparable technical qualification
    • You have sound knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and are familiar with ERP systems
    • You are highly flexible, have an independent, responsible way of working and are capable of working as part of a team
    • You are willing to put in overtime
